Questo è il momento giusto per aprire i nostri occhi e porre domande a noi stessi.
Questo tempo è un dono per ognuno di noi, per chiedersi come si sia arrivati a questo. Fino a pochi mesi, giorni, ed anche ore fa, esistevano molte separazioni tra di noi, visibili ed invisibili, di genere, di provenienza, di cultura, di religione, di specie ecc… Ma adesso è arrivato il momento in cui esistono solo due distinzioni: infetti e non infetti. Iniziamo a renderci conto che siamo tutti connessi in questa rete biochimica vivente, che chiamiamo Natura e di quanto siamo incredibilmente connessi con ogni elemento. E’ bello sapere quanto la Natura ci ami e ci continui a curare. Respiriamo e viviamo grazie al sistema immunitario che Natura stessa ha creato dentro di noi. Con o senza virus, la verità è che la vita stessa di tutti i giorni ci avvicina alla morte. Anche se la situazione non ci piace e non è come la vorremmo, ricordiamoci che questo tempo non torna più. Viviamo questo momento con amore e sorridiamo, piuttosto che viverlo con tristezza ed insicurezza. Perché la cosa più importanti nella vita è “La Vita” stessa che c’è in noi. Nella storia dell’evoluzione umana quanti di noi sono morti per mezzo di “calamità umane” come guerra e fame? E quanti di noi si sono preoccupati per loro? Non solo, quanti ettari di foresta sono andati distrutti? Quante specie di animali scomparse? Mentre restiamo chiusi nelle nostre case, è il momento di realizzare quanto siamo piccoli in questo ecosistema. E’ il momento di realizzare che anche una manciata di formiche nell’erba ha la sua ragione di esistere in questa Natura. E’ importante non solo chiedersi cosa facciamo, ma anche rendersi conto dell’impatto che tutto ciò che facciamo ha sulla Natura. Se dei microbi ci hanno portato in così poco tempo a questa situazione, immaginiamo quanto potere e potenziale abbiamo noi, in questa forma di consapevolezza che chiamiamo essere umano. E’ tempo di cambiare velocemente questo mondo, con il nostro amore e il nostro sorriso e renderlo un posto migliore.

This is a good opportunity for all of humanity to contemplate, open our eyes and ask ourselves some very important questions. This time is a gift for each of us to ask ourselves how and why did we arrive at this point in time. Until only a few months, days, even hours ago, there were many separations between us. Some visible some not so visible... of gender, origin, culture, religion and species etc. But now the time has come when there are only two important distinctions: infected or or not! When we are confronted with life threatening situations like our present circumstances .. we begin to realize that we are all connected in this living biochemical web/network ...which we call nature. How connected we all are with each element. It is important to know how much nature loves and cares for us. She will continue to heal us regardless. We all live, breathe and exist due to this amazing and incredibly designed human body and this powerful immune system that nature itself has created within us. With or without viruses, the truth is that each day we live ..life itself brings us closer to death...there is no escaping it. Even if we do not like our present situation or prognosis .. this is life! Let us remember and truly understand .. that this present moment in time never returns. We must live each moment with unconditional love and gratitude and appreciate every breath we are blessed to take...rather than living our lives with sadness, regret and insecurity. We only ever have “this” present moment. The most important thing in life is to know that this “life force ” is inside all of us.. in every cell and atom of our being. In the history of human evolution, how many of us have died through human calamities such as war, hunger, disaster etc. How many of us worry about the very clear fact that one day we will all face death. Not only this .. So many hectares of forest have been destroyed due to human greed in the pursuit of money and power. How many species of animals have become exstint due to man’s greed. While we all remain closed in our separated/walled homes. We must come to realise that we are all one big family in nature. It is time to understand how small we are in this massive and intricate ecosystem. It is time to realize that even a handful of ants in the grass seemingly unimportant to man ..has its reason and purpose for existing. It is important not only to ask ourselves what we do, but also to realize the impact we have on nature with our actions. If microbes have brought us to this situation in such a short time. Let us imagine the power and the potential we have as human beings with our intelligence and level of awareness. It is time without doubt to change our attitude in this world. We must realise that we are part of nature as are the animals, plants and insects. This earth is a true paradise if we can only realise this and live in harmony with nature. Mother Earth will look after us like a mother does her child. She will protect us.. care for our needs and most importantly... love us until the end of our time on this blessed earth. This life we have is a gift. This earth we live on is a paradise. Let us all live as nature intended.. it is time to quickly change this world, with our love and smile and make the planet a better place.
